Withdrawal from Contract

This document explains the consumer's right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days and provides the sample withdrawal form. It complements Article VII of the General Terms and Conditions.

1. Your right of withdrawal

As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract for the provision of Digital Content within 14 days from the conclusion of this Contract, without giving any reason.

A Consumer is a natural person who does not act in the scope of their business activity or independent performance of a profession. If you entered an ID (business) number in your order, you concluded the Contract as an entrepreneur and the consumer right of withdrawal without reason does not apply to you.

2. Procedure for withdrawing without giving a reason

If the conditions for withdrawing from the Contract are met, you must send a withdrawal by e-mail or by mail to our address within the 14-day period specified in paragraph 1. You can withdraw by filling in and sending the sample form provided below, or by any other clear statement from which it is evident which Contract and which Product the withdrawal concerns. In the case of using the sample form, we will confirm its receipt without undue delay. You do not need to provide any reason for withdrawal.

To withdraw, please include the email you provided in the order and the date of payment. Please also add the account number for the refund. The withdrawal must be sent no later than the last day of the 14-day period.

3. Money back

No later than 14 days after withdrawing from the Contract, we will return the money that we received from you as payment for the Products. We will return the money to you in the same way in which you paid it to us, or by transfer to the account specified in the withdrawal.

4. Failure to meet the conditions for withdrawal without giving reasons

If, in a particular case, the Client withdrew from the Contract with a reference to the possibility of withdrawing without giving reasons, but at the same time one of the conditions was not fulfilled (e.g. the withdrawal was made later than the withdrawal period, or it was not a Consumer), we will notify you of this impossibility without delay. In such a case, we cannot return the money to the Client.

5. Withdrawal in other cases, cancellation of the Contract

You as the Client and we as the Provider are also entitled to withdraw from the Contract in cases provided by law or specified in the GTC. In the event of withdrawal from the Contract under which the Digital Content was purchased, we are always entitled to suspend or cancel access to your user account and to the purchased Digital Content without prior notice at the effective time of the withdrawal. You are then obliged to refrain from further use of the Digital Content.

6. Returning a gift given to a paid order

If you are provided with a gift or a Gift Voucher together with the Product, the gift agreement is concluded between us with the severance condition that if you withdraw from the Contract without giving reasons, the gift agreement ceases to be effective and you are obliged to return the gift provided to us no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the Contract.
